Around 50 % of our customers are sent to us by their therapist and know exactly what they need. Many others have extensive medical knowledge, but many also buy "on suspicion" without really knowing exactly what they need. For these customers, it would make a lot of sense to first determine their exact needs and possible deficiencies. Customers who buy a test from us are offered a short health consultation with a nutritionist to clarify what would be the best product for them.
In addition, they receive a 10% voucher for their first purchase after receiving their test result. And we are happy to put them in touch with the expert therapists we are in contact with.
