Our discounts on energyvital.de

In our online shop you will find a variety of savings opportunities.

We have 3 types of discount:

1. Changing discount promotions

You will always find new discount promotions with us, depending on holidays such as Christmas, seasons or something like Green Friday.

So there are very often opportunities to save!
And in contrast to many other shops, which only want to get rid of slow-moving or out-of-date goods during such promotions, we very often have current and highly sought-after products on such occasions!

As these promotions change frequently, we always have to programme new discount codes. This is not always easy with our ultra-modern shop system (Shopware 6) with dozens of setting options, and errors occur from time to time.
If a discount code does not work for you, no problem. Write us a short email or if you have already ordered but the discount code should actually be valid, we will of course deduct the amount after the purchase or refund it!

2. Quantity discounts

If customers order several items, this has advantages for us, e.g. more favourable purchasing conditions from the manufacturer or less work involved in shipping if a customer makes sensible stock planning and orders several of a can with a long best-before date instead of placing a new order every 4 weeks.

We pass on this advantage with discounts!
The standard pattern is 5 % from 2 pieces and 10 % from 5 pieces of an article.
This may vary in rare cases, e.g. if a manufacturer specifies the discount levels or if we offer items from a manufacturer who only offers us a moderate margin.

For some articles, only 5 % is entered from 2 pieces and no further discount level. This can also be for the simple reason that no one has ever ordered more than 4 units of the item at once in 10 years. Then we leave out the second level, simply because it looks better in the shop and is clearer.
Nevertheless, you are welcome to have the discount from 5 pieces, in this case just ask by email! We will set up the discount after your order on request.

3. Loyalty discounts for regular customers

Every customer who orders more than once and exceeds a total order value of 100 euros is a regular customer.

Important general note on our discounts

Of course we also accept orders via our hotline. However, we would like to point out that our generous discounts in the shop only apply to orders placed directly in the online shop.
This also makes sense, because every telephone order takes about 20 minutes and in about 10% of cases we encounter cost-intensive problems such as addresses being given incorrectly or misunderstood.
With shop orders, our time expenditure is a maximum of 5 minutes and the problem rate associated with costs is less than 1%.
It is therefore logical that we pass this cost advantage on to our customers, just as it is logical that we cannot guarantee this for telephone orders.
We make a few exceptions, e.g. for regular customers of a very advanced age who do not have a computer or smartphone and order frequently due to high demand. These customers will of course continue to receive their discount after personal consultation with us.
The following applies to all other customers: You can always buy cheaply from us, very cheaply directly in the online shop!
