Halloween cookies with acorn flour

October 31st - Halloween is just around the corner, so I decided to make some "spooky" Halloween cookies made with acorn flour

In a bowl, place sifted flour, add powdered sugar, grated orange zest, 3 tablespoons orange juice and melted butter. Mix all ingredients well and knead into a dough.
Wrap the dough in foil and let it rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
The dough is then formed into balls, flattened, placed on baking paper and shaped.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 18 to 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the biscuits.
