Dear customers,

We are taking a few days off from 15-22 August. During this time, however, I will continue to look after the shop from my holiday location on a daily basis, so there will only be a few effects for our customers:

• Almost all manufacturers will ship orders directly for us while we are on holiday. This means that we order there with the customer's delivery address. This is just as fast for customers as if we were to dispatch directly from Dresden!
• In the few cases where this is not possible, we will ship regularly from Dresden again from 25 August. Customers who order from 21/22 August will not even notice the difference, because then we can easily keep our delivery promise of "1-4 working days".
• The restrictions therefore mainly affect customers who order from 15/08 in the evening until 20/08. If it is urgent, please send us a note, in which case we will arrange the dispatch even if this means higher costs for us, such as higher postage costs or dispatch by our partners!
• Otherwise the following applies: Every customer who receives their order for goods that are in stock in the shop later than 1-4 working days after ordering will receive a 10% cashback refund from us! The same rule applies to orders for goods that are not in stockif they are delivered later than 4-7 working days .
  The date of receipt on the DHL consignment tracking system applies. We also need a short message from the customer that they would like to make use of this.
• This regulation does not apply to orders of special offers. These are goods that we only have in stock. These will be dispatched on 25 August. However, it also applies to mixed orders! This means that if not only special offers are ordered in one order, but also goods in stock at the normal price, you will also receive cashback on the goods at the regular price in the above-mentioned case!

There are no problems with receiving e-mails and processing telephone messages on the answering machine, and I can also call you back without any problems!
