Others have extensive medical knowledge, but many also buy "on suspicion" without really knowing exactly what they need. Plan sensibly AND save money!
We are very much in favour of our customers consciously buying the right product for them after a sensible diagnosis and professional consideration, rather than just assuming they need it. We are therefore happy to encourage this behaviour with a 10% discount on their first purchase after they have received their test result.
But please note: We no longer automatically include this voucherfor one simple reason: The creation and administration of the vouchers is a huge time and organisational effort for us. On the other hand, the offer has so far only been used very rarely by customers and voucher codes that have been issued have not been redeemed. We are therefore now saving ourselves this superfluous bureaucracy. If you purchase a test from us and then want to buy micronutrients from us and receive them 10% cheaper, simply order and select"prepayment" or"on account" as the payment method and note in the"Additional information" field that you have purchased a test and would like a 10% discount. We will then deduct this from the invoice immediately and without any problems! The two payment methods must be used in this case, as this is the only way we can easily deduct 10% after the purchase before we send the parcel with the invoice. With Paypal, credit card etc. it would lead to considerable bureaucratic effort to refund 10% of the purchase price.

We are happy to put you in touch with competent therapists with whom we are in contact. As a retailer, we are only allowed to provide limited information, even though we are qualified to do so. This is regulated by law due to the conflict of interest between sales and therapy, which is why doctors, for example, are not allowed to sell medicines or vitamins.
