Versandregeln zur Weihnachtszeit * *

Dear customers

• DHL recommends that the last parcels to arrive safely before Christmas should be sent on 20 December. In our experience, it often works on the 21st or 22nd, but we cannot guarantee this!
• The last dispatch by us takes place on 25.12. 11 am (delivery to the packing station before we go on a short holiday). Everything that is ordered by 9am on 25 December will still be dispatched! As a small family business with maximum emphasis on customer friendliness, this is no problem for us!
  
• After that, we'll have 2 days off from 29-30 December, the next shipping day is 31 December at noon, but it's not clear whether DHL will pick them up from the DHL centre in Dresden. The next regular shipping day is 02.01.2024. This means that we can meet the shipping deadline (1-3 working days) 100% for all customers who order from 27.12. in the afternoon, for earlier customers there is a delay of one day!
  
• The companies Natur Vital, Podomedi and Echt Vital are also taking a few days off, which may result in delays for goods that we do not have in stock (please note our stock details when ordering).
• Natur Vital is on holiday from 22 December to 2 January. Podomedi is on holiday from 23rd January to 5th January. If customers order something that we do not have in stock, we will not be able to send it to you until 7th January at the earliest.
• Due to the Christmas and New Year chaos, which takes DHL completely by surprise every year, shipping times can generally be extended by 2-3 days! This is not our fault and does not only affect us, but the entire online trade! We therefore ask for your understanding.
