Many others have extensive medical knowledge, but many also buy "on suspicion" without really knowing exactly what they need. For these customers, it would make a lot of sense to first determine their exact needs and possible deficiencies. Customers who buy a test from us are offered a short health consultation with a nutritionist to clarify what would be the best product for them.
In addition, they receive a 10% voucher for their first purchase after receiving their test result. And we are happy to put them in touch with the expert therapists we are in contact with.
