Highly concentrated cranberry extract in pure D-mannose
D-mannose is found in fruit and certain plants. This natural monosaccharide is absorbed in the gut and enters the bloodstream from there. Unlike disaccharides or polysaccharides, however, it does not affect blood sugar levels. The sugar is barely metabolised by the liver and is excreted relatively quickly, unchanged, in the urine. Bacteria tend to attach themselves to mannose; in this case, they are excreted along with it.
New formula completely free from additives
In response to numerous customer requests, Natur Vital has removed the ingredients silicon dioxide and maltodextrin, which were included as an anti-caking agent and to ensure a uniform powder consistency respectively. The product is now absolutely pure, though it is no longer as uniform and lump-free as before. This does not affect its function in any way; in fact, its properties now appear to be even better. Therefore, this is simply a note for customers who have been familiar with the product for a long time: the fact that the consistency is no longer as perfectly uniform and powdery as it used to be does not indicate any reduction in quality!
