As a high-quality natural product, it has a high bioavailability. Vitamins B1 and B6 support the normal functioning of the psyche and nervous system. The preparation is free from additives. The importance of serotonin
Serotonin is produced by the body itself from the amino acid tryptophan via the intermediate 5-HTP. The "happiness hormone" is one of the most important neurotransmitters. It regulates the transmission of signals in important areas of the brain and influences our mood, our sleep and our appetite.
As our food contains hardly any serotonin, deficits can only be compensated for by supplementation. 5-HTP has been shown to be much more effective than tryptophan.
The majority of 5-HTP is metabolised to serotonin by so-called enterochromaffin cells in the intestine. The serotonin produced is released into the bloodstream but cannot cross the blood-brain barrier. This is why special nerve cells in the brain are responsible for converting 5-HTP into serotonin.

Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not use in combination with drugs that affect brain metabolism, such as antidepressants and tranquillisers. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
Instructions for use of EnergyVital
5-HTP is a highly effective substance. Taking large quantities can quickly lead to nausea. Therefore, "beginners" should always start with small quantities. 100 mg per capsule is only recommended for people who are familiar with the substance and know that they can tolerate this amount. For "beginners" we recommend the lower-dose 5-HTP from Natur Vital.
