Natura Felix liquid Q10 works quickly in the body thanks to its special formula. There is an important difference between how much of a substance gets into the blood and how well it penetrates the cells. Bioavailability indicates how much is in the blood after ingestion. The absorption of the active ingredient describes how well the substance gets into the cells and works there. Although many liposomal Q10 products are absorbed well into the blood, they do not reach the cells optimally.

They are coated in small droplets (colloquially known as nanoemulsions) that are no more than 100 nanometres in size. By comparison, a human hair is around 80,000 nanometres thick.

This new method ensures that the active ingredient is much better absorbed and reaches where it is supposed to work - the cells. Around 80 % of the active ingredient reaches its target in this way.

Where we get Q10 from

Our body can produce Q10 itself if it has enough phenylalanine, B2, B3, B6, B12, folic acid, iron, copper and magnesium. Consumption recommendation
