Highly pure R-alpha lipoic acid, more effective than the usual alpha lipoic acid
R-lipoic acid, also known as alpha-lipoic acid, is a sulphur-containing vitamin-like fatty acid. Due to its water and fat solubility, alpha-lipoic acid can exert its positive effect in cell interiors and membranes, in the blood and even in the brain. The essential fatty acid is produced by the body itself and is also absorbed through food. As it is mainly found in animal products (especially red beef), diets that avoid these products can lead to a reduced intake. This applies to athletes, vegans and vegetarians, for example.

Recommended dosage
