The vitamin D is not extracted from wool fat, as is usually the case, but from lichen. For this reason, and because vegan capsules are used instead of gelatine capsules, it is also ideally suited for strict vegans, and there are no fillers in any capsule, as most vitamins are required in tiny milligram or microgram quantities and cannot be filled. Instead of unnecessary or harmful fillers such as magnesium stearate, this product contains acacia fibres, which are healthy for the intestines as they belong to the dietary fibres.Natur Vital Vitamin D3 & K2 contains a higher dosage of vitamin D and K than you should take daily. It is fat-soluble, which means you can take one capsule every few days instead of every day.
