The Sango coral, from the genus of stony corals, originates in Japan on Okinawa. This is a Japanese prefecture consisting of over 150 islands in the East China Sea. Recommended intake

Take 2 capsules twice daily with plenty of liquid. If you have low stomach acid (common symptom: heartburn), take with a 1-hour interval from meals. Tip: Combining with organic acids, e.g. from fermented products/drinks, facilitates absorption in the intestine.
