MK-7 is the best form of vitamin K2
This product is vegan and free from additives, naturally derived from natto (fermented soya). The MK-7 powder is a pure extract free from soya allergens.
It is absorbed more effectively by the body than other chemical forms and can even bestored in the liver. This is likely to have the advantage of keeping blood vitamin K levels more stable than if one were to take high single doses of vitamin K at intervals.
