Milk thistle seed extract (Silybum marianum)
The phytochemicals (flavonolignans/silymarin) found in milk thistle are very commonly used in products for the liver.
Amor seco
Amor seco (Desmodium adscendens) is a herb known for its wide range of properties, which is why it was selected as an ingredient in Liver Reset.
Greater burdock – (Arctium lappa L.)
The greater burdock root contains many natural compounds, including inulin (an important dietary fibre for the gut), valuable tannins, essential oils and the valuable arctigenin, a lignan – that is, a chemical compound found in various plants which has demonstrated remarkable effects in in vitro studies.
Dandelion – a powerful all-rounder
The dandelion (Taraxacum) is said to possess numerous properties. Known in naturopathy and, even earlier, in folk culture, the leaves of this wild plant contain large amounts of vitamins A, C and E, calcium, magnesium and iron.
