MSM is a natural source of sulphur
Sulphur, organically bound, is an important component of many enzymes, cartilage, protein-rich tissues and other body structures. Methylsulfonylmethane is a normal part of the diet of humans and most animals. Sulphur is the fourth most abundant mineral in the human body and makes up 34% of total MSM. This is important because MSM provides the body with bioavailable sulphur. This sulphur is essential for the strength and flexibility of connective tissue, hair, nails and skin. The immune system also benefits from sulphur.

Recommended consumption
Switzerland: Dissolve and drink a maximum of one teaspoon (approx. 1 g) in 150-200 ml (standard glass size) of water, tea or juice.
