Contains the active omega-3 fatty acid DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) from algae oil. Tastes deliciously of lemon, with no fishy aftertaste. Very popular with children. To meet the active omega-3 fatty acid requirements of adults, adolescents and children aged 7 and over.
Nutritional properties
- DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision (these beneficial effects are observed with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA).
- EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function (these beneficial effects are achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA + EPA).
- Replacing saturated fatty acids with monounsaturated and/or polyunsaturated fatty acids in the diet helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.

Ingredients
Organic rapeseed oil, omega-3 DHA-rich oil from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp., organic lemon oil, organic rosemary extract, astaxanthin (natural red antioxidant from the algae Haematococcus pluvialis).
Recommended intake
Children aged 6–24 months: 2 ml = 1.8 g = 100 mg DHA. Children aged 25 months and over, adolescents and adults: take 1 teaspoonful daily = 5 ml = 4.5 g = 250 mg DHA omega-3 with or before a meal. When used in cooking, serve cold; do not heat!

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light (not in the fridge).
