The omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA are important for the brain. They also help maintain eyesight. Furthermore, they support normal heart function. Ovega3® Vitamins is a dietary supplement. It contains plant-based omega-3 DHA and EPA derived from algae. It also contains three natural vitamins: D3, K2 and B12.
This new type of omega-3 comes directly from microalgae. These algae are the main source of omega-3. They grow in specialised environments, where they are very pure.

When should I take it?

However, you can take up to 12 capsules a day if you need more. Please refer to the table on the packaging.

Ingredients
Omega-3 algae oil from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp., vitamin B12
(cyanocobalamin), vitamin K2 (MK-7), vitamin D3
(cholecalciferol).
Excipients: glyceryl monostearate, soya lecithin. Capsule shell:
modified starch, carrageenan, humectant: palm-free
glycerine; purified water, colouring agent: riboflavin (Vit. B2).
Recommended intake
2 capsules before or during a meal (up to 12 capsules for specific therapeutic needs – see table on the packaging).
Caution
Patients taking anticoagulants should consult their doctor before taking vitamin K supplements. The daily intake of 3 g of DHA and EPA should not be exceeded (12 capsules). In accordance with Swiss legislation, pregnant and breastfeeding women should not consume more than 450 mg of DHA + EPA per day.
