Strengthen defences – dispel wind – warm
Forsythiae 10 contains a valuable herbal blend, compiled according to the Chinese "Yin Qiao San" formula. Already in the Qing dynasty this composition of forsythia (Forsythiae) and honeysuckle extract was used for physical well‑being. Because of its cooling and dispersing action, this tea was particularly used to relieve the airways and has a long tradition of use in Chinese culture. This formula also contains high‑quality essential oils obtained from field mint and catmint. Similar to peppermint, these are considered very soothing during cold seasons.
