Mobility and flexibility with Ethno Health Gelenkkraft
Gelenkkraft is a selected blend of ingredients which are constituents of our connective tissue and cartilage. It therefore contains glucosamine sulfate, a natural component of connective tissue, and chondroitin sulfate, which occurs in cartilage. These are supported by methylsulfonylmethane, bamboo shoot extract, Cordyceps and fish oil powder containing omega-3. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation and to normal cartilage function. Gelenkkraft is therefore particularly suitable, for example, for athletes who work with heavy weights. But this formulation is also a valuable companion for joint health in older people.

Recommended intake
