Beauty Complex combines plant compounds and vitamins for targeted beauty care from within. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, skin and mucous membranes and is therefore also referred to as vitamin H. The "H" stands for "Haut" (the German word for "skin"). Pantothenic acid and zinc are also included. Various plant extracts add the power of nature: for example pomegranate, ginger and coriander.

Our organism needs biotin. And that the "H" stands for "Haut"? The German chemist Fritz Kögl first isolated the water-soluble B vitamin biotin from egg yolk in 1936, incidentally. Our body needs biotin for healthy skin, hair and nails. If you have too little biotin, this can lead to hair loss and muscle pain. A deficiency can also trigger depression.
