Our bodies rely on minerals and trace elements such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron, zinc and iodine. In addition, Daily Minerals contain a high-quality blend of turmeric, ginger, coriander, shiitake and reishi, as well as additional extracts of green tea and blueberries, which are rich in antioxidants.
