The caffeine contained in Level-5-Saturation-Coffee provides that extra energy. The konjac root powder additionally binds water and the resulting volume in the stomach creates a long-lasting feeling of satiety. In addition, beta-glucan reduces the absorption of carbohydrates. Green tea extract has a strong antioxidant effect due to its high vitamin C content. With only 24 kcal per daily portion, the satiety booster is ideal for a break in between and to combat cravings. Level-5 coffee can be easily dissolved in milk, plant-based drinks or water. Important: consume quickly after preparation.

Dissolve 2 sticks (5 g each) in 300 ml water, milk or plant-based drink and consume.
