The power of herbs, based on time-honoured tradition
The main ingredient in this formula, willow bark, has a long history in herbal medicine. As far back as in ancient Egypt, in ancient Greece and also in the Middle Ages, the bark was valued for its beneficial effects on physical ailments. This is due to the salicin it contains, which forms the basis for the production of salicylic acid. After falling into obscurity for a long time, willow bark was rediscovered in the second half of the 18th century. Since then, it has been receiving increasing attention in herbal medicine. To support the effects of willow bark, this formula also contains devil’s claw, poplar bark, butterbur and wormwood. The complex is rounded off by the caffeine from guarana seeds.
