For the detection of specific IgE antibodies against the 20 most common food allergens
The test covers the following allergens: egg white, egg yolk, milk, casein, wheat flour, rye flour, soybean, sesame, peanut, hazelnut, almond, apple, kiwi, peach, tomato, carrot, potato, celery, as well as cod and crab.
An overreaction of the immune system to foreign substances that are actually harmless and are often natural components of the environment causes allergic reactions. Due to the heightened state of alert, the immune system may identify even everyday foods as allergens, and the typical symptoms of an allergic reaction can occur. Allergo-Screen® Food is an allergy profile that includes an analysis of the 20 most significant food allergens. Allergen-specific immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies are measured from a blood sample.

How does the ordering process work?
After placing your order, the desired test kit will be sent to you with detailed instructions. You place your sample in a sample container, send it in a prepared envelope to Medivere's partner laboratory GANZIMMUN Diagnostics GmbH and receive a report with the evaluation of your profile after 5–7 days.

Achieve better results with sensible diagnostics!
Around 50% of our customers are referred to us by their therapist and know exactly what they need. Many more have extensive therapeutic knowledge, but many also buy on a hunch ("just in case") without really knowing the details. For these customers it would make a lot of sense to first determine their exact needs or any deficiencies. Customers who buy a test from us are offered a short health consultation with a nutritionist, during which it is clarified which product would be best for them.
In addition, they receive a 10% voucher for their first purchase after they have received their test result. We are also happy to put them in touch with suitably qualified therapists with whom we are in contact. As a retailer we are only allowed to provide limited advice, even though we would be qualified to do so. This is regulated by law because of the conflict of interest between sales and therapy; for example, doctors are not allowed to sell medicines or vitamins.
