- We would like to point out that these tests and the shipping processes are optimized for Germany and Austria and are prepaid.
- Samples must be delivered to the German laboratory within 4 days. This cannot be guaranteed for samples shipped from other countries!

Heavy metal drinking-water analysis for private drinking water systems
The quality of our drinking water is strictly controlled by the Drinking Water Ordinance. However, this control does not include the private drinking water system, as it ends at the house connection. Hazards that occur within the domestic drinking water system are therefore often not noticed.
The concentration of heavy metals in drinking water should be checked to minimise potential health risks to consumers. Heavy metals such as lead, mercury, cadmium and arsenic should not be ingested in high concentrations and can cause long-term health problems if present in elevated amounts in drinking water. Regular checks of heavy metal concentrations help ensure that the drinking water complies with applicable limit values and quality standards and is therefore safe for human consumption. By carrying out these checks, potential exposure to harmful heavy metals can be minimised to protect people’s health.
The Medivere heavy metal drinking-water analysis also checks water hardness by determining the calcium and magnesium concentration.
The test kit includes:
- 1 sampling guide
- 1 instructions for accessing results
- 1 sample submission form
- 1 guarantee certificate
- 1 sample tube
- 1 shipping bag
Legal notice: The collection of all samples is carried out by the client. This drinking-water analysis is an indicative investigation which is not conducted on the basis of the current Drinking Water Ordinance. Official or judicial recognition of the test results is excluded.

Achieve better results with sensible diagnostics!
Around 50% of our customers are referred to us by their therapist and know exactly what they need. Many more have extensive therapeutic knowledge, but many also buy on a hunch ("just in case") without really knowing the details. For these customers it would make a lot of sense to first determine their exact needs or any deficiencies. Customers who buy a test from us are offered a short health consultation with a nutritionist, during which it is clarified which product would be best for them.
In addition, they receive a 10% voucher for their first purchase after they have received their test result. We are also happy to put them in touch with suitably qualified therapists with whom we are in contact. As a retailer we are only allowed to provide limited advice, even though we would be qualified to do so. This is regulated by law because of the conflict of interest between sales and therapy; for example, doctors are not allowed to sell medicines or vitamins.
