Detects any Helicobacter pylori infections of the stomach
H. pylori is a rod-shaped bacterium that can colonise the human stomach. If an infection occurs, this can be the cause of various stomach disorders and trigger increased production of stomach acid. The consequences of H. pylori colonisation can include type B gastritis, around 75 per cent of stomach ulcers and virtually all duodenal ulcers. In the diagnosis of stomach disorders, testing stools for the bacterium is therefore now standard practice.

How does the ordering process work?
Once you have placed your order, the test pack you have chosen will be sent to you along with detailed instructions. You place your sample in the sample container, send it in the provided envelope to Mediveres’ partner laboratory, GANZIMMUN Diagnostics GmbH, and will receive your results, including an assessment of your profile, within 5–7 days.

Around 50 % of our customers are sent to us by their therapist and know exactly what they need.
