How does the ordering process work?
After you place your order, the desired test package will be sent to you with detailed instructions. You put your sample into a sample container, send it in a prepared envelope to Medivere's partner laboratory GANZIMMUN Diagnostics GmbH and will receive a report with the assessment of your profile after 5–7 days.

Around 50% of our customers are referred to us by their therapist and know exactly what they need. Many more have extensive therapeutic knowledge, but many also buy on a hunch ("just in case") without really knowing the details.
