- We would like to point out that these tests and the shipping processes are optimized for Germany and Austria and are prepaid.
- Samples must be delivered to the German laboratory within 4 days. This cannot be guaranteed for samples shipped from other countries!
- Orders from countries other than Germany and Austria are therefore at your own risk. In this case, we only accept the payment method "Prepayment (directly to us)", as customers cannot then cancel the purchase, e.g., because the sample arrived at the laboratory unusable through their own fault. Purchases made with any other payment methods that customers could unlawfully reverse will be immediately canceled and refunded.

Assessing vitamin status in adolescents
An unbalanced diet dominated by processed foods can lead to severe obesity even in childhood. Micronutrient intake also often suffers as a result of poor nutrition. According to the EsKiMo study (which assessed the nutritional and health status of children and adolescents), children aged between 6 and 17 do not meet their requirements for calcium, vitamins D and E, and folic acid. Our own research also indicates that magnesium and zinc are often deficient.
This can not only put a strain on children’s immune systems, but also affect their behaviour and academic performance. For example, hyperactivity in childhood is very frequently associated with micronutrient deficiencies.
Using modern laboratory parameters, an individual’s nutritional status can be assessed in a straightforward manner. Unlike the merely estimated micronutrient intake based on dietary records or the identification of a micronutrient deficiency based on non-specific symptoms, blood test results provide concrete figures on the patient’s actual nutritional status. If the laboratory results indicate an inadequate nutritional status, the causes should be investigated. It must be clarified whether there are dietary errors or whether the findings are indicative of other disorders or illnesses.

Reaching your goal better with sensible diagnostics!
Around 50 % of our customers are sent to us by their therapist and know exactly what they need. Many others have extensive medical knowledge, but many also buy "on suspicion" without really knowing exactly what they need. For these customers, it would make a lot of sense to first determine their exact needs and possible deficiencies. Customers who buy a test from us are offered a short health consultation with a nutritionist to clarify what would be the best product for them.
In addition, they receive a 10% voucher for their first purchase after receiving their test result. And we are happy to put them in touch with the expert therapists with whom we are in contact. As a retailer, we are only allowed to provide limited information, even though we are qualified to do so. This is regulated by law because of the conflict of interest between sales and therapy, which is why doctors, for example, are not allowed to sell medicines or vitamins.
