B multivitamins with P5P and Vitamin C
P5P Extra is a combination of higher-dosed B vitamins. It has been specially developed for people with an increased need for B vitamins. Vitamin B and chromium are enzymatically derived from Lactobacillus bulgaricus. This achieves a particularly high bioavailability.

Recommended intake
1 capsule daily. Switzerland: 1 capsule every 2 days.

Long-term intake of 50 mg vitamin B6 or more may lead to tingling or numbness.
