Beta Glucan and the best vitamins and minerals for the immune system
Vitamin C, zinc, selenium and beta glucan support the normal function of the immune system. Beta glucan occurs in the cellulose of plants, such as oats and barley, or in fungi, algae, bacterial species and yeast. Because this concerns only the extracted part of the yeast, people who suffer from a yeast intolerance can also consume Natur Vital Beta Glucan. Beta glucan is obtained primarily from the cell walls of baker's yeast, as the gentlest extraction method can be applied there.
The special „(1-3, 1-6)-beta-D-branching" of
