The Natur Vital combination supplement contains biotin, also known as vitamin B7, and PABA, or para-aminobenzoic acid. PABA is a vitaminoid with vitamin-like properties and belongs to the B-vitamin group. Biotin and PABA complement each other perfectly in their effects on skin and hair metabolism.
