The Natur Vital Gut Cleansing Complex is a microbiotic food product consisting of plant-based fibres and spices that absorb digestive residues and stimulate bowel movement.
It also contains beneficial microorganisms to support the gut flora. This valuable combination brings together the power of plants and the beneficial effects of selected florabiotic bacteria.

A wide range of beneficial effects:

• Psyllium husks, when water is added, are characterised by very significant swelling and a gel-like consistency. They have a beneficial effect on both constipation and the opposite condition. They soften what is too solid and bind and swell what is too liquid. In this way, they not only increase bowel bulk – thereby contributing to a feeling of fullness – but also cleanse the intestinal wall and stimulate its function.
• Konjac swells considerably and even has a health claim for weight loss. To benefit from this, however, you would need to consume 3 g daily; you can find pure konjac capsules to supplement your intake in our range.
• Alfalfa is a natural source of vitamin K2. In traditional Chinese medicine, it has many effects, including on the gut. We do not wish to list all of these here to avoid any issues regarding the Health Claims Regulation. If we were to describe all the effects of every herb contained in Natur Vital Gut Complex here, this description would become very long!
• Many peopleare familiar with fennel seeds from the tea that is often made to soothe stomach and gut discomfort. There is therefore no need to describe its soothing and relieving effects in detail here; most people will already be aware of them.
• Raspberry leaves contain plenty of tannins and are often used to treat stomach and gut problems. Many people are familiar with them from black tea, which for many is the only food they can tolerate when suffering from severe digestive upset. It’s also often used as a pregnancy tea because it has an antispasmodic and relaxing effect on the uterus and can even induce labour. We therefore do not recommend this tea for pregnant women who do not wish for this to happen.
• Pectins, such as apple pectin, are water-soluble fibres and, in addition to the well-known benefits of fibre, also have the lesser-known advantage of effectively ‘absorbing’ toxins and carrying them out of the body – that is, flushing them down the toilet.

Psyllium husk powder, glucomannan (from konjac root), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), powder from: apple, alfalfa, cayenne fruit, apple pectin, buckthorn bark, barberry bark, burdock root, cascara bark, mahonia berries, fennel seeds, cloves, lapacho bark, goldenseal root, fennel seeds, garlic; magnesium caprylate, rhubarb root extract (30:1), raspberry leaf extract (3:1), cascara bark extract (4:1), burdock root extract (4:1), Lactobacillus acidophilus cultures, barberry extract (10:1).

Recommended intake

During a colon cleanse (approx. 4 weeks), take 1 capsule daily before meals with a glass of water.

Pregnant women should only use this product after consulting a doctor or midwife, as raspberry leaves can induce labour. This may be desirable, but is usually not.
