A potent blend of effective probiotics with prebiotic inulin
Colovit extra contains a high-quality combination of microbiotic bacteria and a high proportion of prebiotic fructo-oligosaccharides derived from inulin. These form part of the natural gut flora. Colovit extra is encapsulated in vegetable-based capsules which dissolve only in the small intestine, thereby preventing the inactivation of the beneficial microorganisms by stomach acid. The FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides) it contains are indigestible fibres that serve as dietary fibre for the microorganisms. The bacterial cells are dehydrated and are activated in the gut after ingestion.

Recommended intake
