Highly concentrated cranberry extract in pure D‑mannose
D‑mannose occurs in fruits and certain plants. The natural monosaccharide is absorbed in the intestine and enters the bloodstream from there. Unlike disaccharides or polysaccharides, however, it does not affect blood sugar levels. The sugar is hardly metabolised by the liver and is excreted relatively quickly unchanged in the urine. Bacteria like to attach to mannose; in that case they are excreted with it.
New formulation completely free of additives
At the request of many customers, Natur Vital has removed the ingredients silicon dioxide and maltodextrin, which were included as a flow aid and to ensure an even powderiness. It is now absolutely pure, but no longer as uniform and clump‑free as before. This in no way impairs the function and is apparently even better in its properties now. Therefore, just a note for customers who have known the product for a long time: the fact that it is no longer as absolutely uniform and powdery as before is not a reduction in quality!

Recommended intake
1 teaspoon (2 g) daily; in acute cases, if necessary, twice daily. Dissolve in 200 ml water or fruit juice and take between meals.
