Multiminerals contain the most important minerals, highly bioavailable in a natural nutrient matrix and in citrate form.
‘FOOD STATE’ means that the body recognises the minerals as natural food components and can therefore utilise them more effectively. This is achieved by processing the minerals in buckwheat extract.
Minerals cannot be consumed ‘in their pure form’, but must be supplied to the body in the form of chemical compounds.
Citrates are more readily absorbed by the body than most other chemical compounds. This optimises the bioavailability of the ingredients and ensures effective absorption.
People with stomach problems who take antacids must choose this form, as other chemical compounds are not absorbed in the absence of acids.

Ingredients

Buckwheat complex (enriched with minerals), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), potassium citrate, calcium citrate, kelp (contains iodine), magnesium citrate, selenium yeast, vegetable oil (medium-chain triglycerides from coconut).

Recommended intake

Take 3 capsules daily with a meal or liquid, without chewing. Switzerland: Take one capsule daily with a meal or liquid.
