Ingredients

Buckwheat complex (enriched with minerals), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), potassium citrate, calcium citrate, kelp (contains iodine), magnesium citrate, selenium yeast, vegetable oil (medium-chain triglycerides from coconut).

Recommended intake

Take 3 capsules daily with a meal or liquid, swallow whole. Switzerland: Take one capsule daily with a meal or liquid.
