From high-quality Antarctic krill. The krill feeds on microorganisms and plankton and is at the beginning of the food chain. It provides the body with omega-3 fatty acids in a particularly easily utilisable form, as they are bound to phospholipids. Compared with conventional fish oil, they can therefore be absorbed even better by the body.
