FOOD STATE Magnesium is embedded in a food matrix of the probiotic Lactobacillus bulgaricus. The carbohydrates and amino acids present accompany magnesium even within the living cell, so it is similarly available to the body as when found in a food. This allows a relatively low magnesium concentration in the tablet. Thus side effects such as nausea can be avoided and even people with sensitive stomachs can comfortably benefit from the positive properties of magnesium.
