MSM with important organic sulphur
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is a high-quality organically bound sulphur. MSM is the form in which sulphur naturally occurs in all living organisms. MSM can be found in rainwater, fresh fruit and vegetables. Organically bound sulphur is odourless and an important component of many enzymes, of cartilage and many other important compounds and structures in the body. Sulphur naturally present in food is destroyed by heating. Sulphur is mainly found in protein-rich tissues in the body.
