Omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA
Microalgae are the original source of the two important omega-3 fatty acids DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid).
Cold-water fish feed on the algae and therefore contain a significant amount of these vital fatty acids. The DGE recommends two fish meals per week.
Plant oils (e.g. linseed, rapeseed or walnut oil) also contain one of the omega-3 fatty acids: the essential alpha-linolenic acid. However, the body can only convert this into DHA and EPA to a limited extent and in small amounts.
Natur Vital Omega-3 Vegan contains an oil from the microalga Schizochytrium, which is rich in DHA and EPA.
Just 2 capsules meet the daily requirement of these two fatty acids and support health in many ways.
As even the capsule shell omits the gelatin often used in oil capsules, Natur Vital Omega 3 Vegan is entirely vegan.

Oil from the microalga Schizochytrium, softgel capsule (modified maize starch, glycerol), alpha- and gamma-tocopherols (antioxidant), sunflower oil, rosemary extract, carrageenan (thickening agent), sodium carbonate (acidity regulator), ascorbyl palmitate (antioxidant).
