Natur Vital Vitamin D3 & K2 contains VitaMK7 – a patented formula containing menaquinone, the most effective form of vitamin K. This is obtained from microorganisms via a biofermentation process. The vitamin D is not derived from wool fat, as is usually the case, but from lichens. For this reason, and because vegan capsules are used instead of gelatine capsules, it is also ideally suited for strict vegans. No capsule can be produced entirely without fillers, as most vitamins are required in tiny milligram or microgram quantities and cannot be dispensed as such. Instead of unnecessary or harmful fillers such as magnesium stearate, this product contains acacia fibre, which is beneficial for gut health as it is a form of dietary fibre. Natur Vital Vitamin D3 & K2 contains a higher dose of vitamins D and K than one should consume daily. It is fat-soluble, meaning you can take one capsule every few days instead of daily. The body stores any excess and uses it later. The product, distributed by Natur Vital Germany, is manufactured in Austria and is therefore, like all Natur Vital products, of the highest quality. Warnings
