Bone Calcium for a strong skeletal structure
Our bones are so hard that we don’t even realise
that they are living tissue that is constantly being built up and
broken down. Yet from our mid-30s onwards, the
balance of the processes that maintain bone mass begins to shift. With every
year that passes, we lose more bone mass, particularly following the
hormonal changes of the menopause.
As we get older, in particular, we should pay ever greater attention to
ensuring the body receives
essential bone-building nutrients.
A powerful combination for strong bones
Calcium and phosphorus give bones and teeth their
strength. Bone Calcium contains hydroxyapatite, the natural building block of our bones. MCH-Cal, the hydroxyapatite
produced by the New Zealand company Waitiki Enterprises, is derived from
extracted from cattle bones and comes 100% from free-range livestock,
without the use of antibiotics or growth promoters. Furthermore,
there has never been a single case of BSE in New Zealand.
Calcium and magnesium are present in an optimal 2:1 ratio. This
improves their bioavailability and utilisation. Vitamin D3
(cholecalciferol) and vitamin K2 promote the incorporation of calcium into the
bones. Vitamin D3 is significantly more effective than vitamin D2, and
vitaMK7® is the most biologically effective form of vitamin K2, which
also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
Zinc, copper, manganese and boron round off the range of essential nutrients. They, too,
play important roles in maintaining a strong and
stable bone structure.

High-quality formulations from the Netherlands
Podo medi's products are significantly influenced by the naturopathic experience of its co-founder Wolfgang P. Schallmey. However, he has been retired since 2020, which is why the "Woscha" brand has become the "natura felix" brand. The tried-and-tested recipes will remain largely the same. In addition to the logo, the packaging of many products will change significantly. The company is increasingly switching from plastic to more environmentally friendly cardboard cans.
