As Haplex®Plus, hyaluronic acid is a natural component of many tissues, particularly the skin, connective tissue and synovial fluid (joint fluid). Hyaluronic acid is characterised by its ability to bind large amounts of water. We combine low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid (200 kDa), which, due to its smaller molecular size, is potentially capable of reaching deeper tissue layers, with high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid (1500 kDa), which acts mainly on superficial structures. Haplex®Plus is the result of microbial fermentation and offers consistently high quality and bioavailability.

Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), available as OptiMSM®, is an organic sulphur compound. Sulphur is an essential element that occurs in the human body in many compounds, including certain amino acids, which are the building blocks of proteins such as collagen and keratin. These proteins play a structurally important role in the skin, hair, nails, connective tissue and cartilage. OptiMSM® is produced through a four-stage distillation process, which ensures a purity of over 99 per cent and the absence of contaminants.

As the key structural protein of hyaline cartilage, which lines the joint surfaces and contributes to contributes to the pressure elasticity and low-friction mobility of the joints, type II collagen plays an essential role. It contains not only the collagen itself, but also other naturally occurring components that are relevant to cartilage metabolism, including chondroitin sulphate and small amounts of hyaluronic acid. Mobilee – Not vegan, but highly effective

The brand’s flagship product, Mobilee, is made from cocks’ combs. It contains approximately 75% hyaluronic acid, as well as mucopolysaccharides and collagen.

Non-vegan hyaluronic acid has been shown in studies to be slightly more effective than vegan hyaluronic acid.
However, it is thought that this effect is not due to the collagen itself, but rather to the fact that these products always contain other additives such as glucosamine or collagen.
