Inulin – Food for our gut bacteria
Inulin is a water-soluble fibre that is particularly popular with our gut bacteria. In the large intestine it serves as food for them and thus supports their growth. This means inulin plays a positive role in supporting a balanced gut flora. Inulin is low in sugar and provides a pleasant feeling of fullness as it swells in the stomach and intestines.
Inulin in natural purity
WOSCHA Inulin is derived from the fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) of the root of the chicory plant. Due to its low glycaemic index, WOSCHA Inulin is also suitable for people with diabetes. It is also characterised by absolute purity and a 100 % natural source.
