NATURA FELIX P-5-P Coenzyme B6 combines vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) and vitamin B2 (riboflavin) with magnesium. All three substances are essential nutrients, perform similar functions and therefore provide an optimal combination for an energetic everyday life.

Vitamin B6is present in the form of biologically active pyridoxal-5-phosphate. This means it can be utilised immediately by the body and does not first need to be produced in the liver .
This vitamin plays a significant role both in the production of the neurotransmitters dopamine, noradrenaline and serotonin, and in hormone regulation. Vitamin B6 helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin B2 is particularly important for eyesight. It helps maintain normal vision and supports the proper functioning of the mucous membranes. Of particular note is its ability to help protect cells from oxidative stress.

Magnesiumplays a key role, particularly for muscles and bones, but also for our nerves.

Optimal synergy of similar properties

All three nutrients are very similar in their function and perform some of the same tasks. For example, they help to reduce exhaustion and tiredness.
