NATURA FELIX P-5-P Coenzyme B6 combines vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and magnesium. All three substances are essential nutrients, perform similar tasks and thus form an optimal combination for an energetic everyday life.

Vitamin B6 is present as the biologically active pyridoxal-5-phosphate. This means it can be used immediately by the body and does not first need to be synthesised in the liver.
The vitamin plays an important role in the formation of the neurotransmitters dopamine, noradrenaline and serotonin as well as in hormone regulation. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin B2 is particularly important for vision. It helps to maintain normal vision and supports the mucous membranes in their function. Especially noteworthy is its property of helping to protect cells from oxidative stress.

Magnesium plays an important role above all for muscles and bones, but also for our nerves.
