Natura Felix liquid Q10 acts quickly in the body thanks to its special formula. There is an important difference between how much of a substance enters the bloodstream and how well it penetrates the cells. Bioavailability indicates how much is present in the blood after ingestion. Absorption of the active ingredient describes how well the substance enters the cells and takes effect there. Many liposomal Q10 products are absorbed well into the blood, but do not penetrate the cells optimally.

They are enclosed in tiny droplets (colloquially known as nanoemulsions ) that are no more than 100 nanometres in size. By way of comparison: a human hair is about 80,000 nanometres thick.

Where we get Q10 from

Our bodies can produce Q10 themselves if they have sufficient levels of phenylalanine, B2, B3, B6, B12, folic acid, iron, copper and magnesium. Recommended intake

Up to 8 sprays spread throughout the day, ideally sprayed under the tongue. The mucous membrane under the tongue is thin and well supplied with blood. This allows the active ingredient to enter the bloodstream directly.
