Natura Felix liquid Q10 acts quickly in the body thanks to its special formula. There is an important difference between how much of a substance reaches the bloodstream and how well it penetrates the cells. Bioavailability indicates how much is present in the blood after ingestion. Cellular uptake describes how well the substance enters the cells and works there. Many liposomal Q10 products are well absorbed into the blood but do not reach the cells optimally.

They are enclosed by tiny droplets (commonly called nanoemulsions) that are at most 100 nanometres in size. For comparison: a human hair is about 80,000 nanometres thick.

Recommended intake
