Pure lecithin from sunflower seeds
Sunflower lecithin contains the natural
complete lecithin complex (a mixture of various phospholipids)
from sunflower seeds in the highest possible concentration.
Phospholipids play a key role in nature. They are
the linking element between water and oil and possess
structure-forming as well as numerous functional properties.
Phospholipids are, amongst other things, components of cell membranes and play
a central role in the entire metabolic process.
A natural source of important substances such as choline or phosphatidylserine
The phospholipids contained in sunflower lecithin are an
excellent natural source of choline (from
phosphatidylcholine) and phosphorus.
Choline, for example, contributes to normal homocysteine and
fat metabolism and to the maintenance of normal liver function.
Phosphorus, which is essential for all living organisms, is involved, amongst other things,
in energy metabolism and in the maintenance of
bones and teeth, and contributes to the normal function of
cell membranes.
Its pleasant taste makes sunflower lecithin a
versatile addition that enriches and enhances the daily
diet. From a nutritional point of view, an
average daily intake of 10–15 grams for adults (approx. 2–3
teaspoons) is highly recommended.

High-quality formulations from the Netherlands
Podo medi's products are significantly influenced by the naturopathic experience of its co-founder Wolfgang P. Schallmey. However, he has been retired since 2020, which is why the "Woscha" brand has become the "natura felix" brand. The tried-and-tested recipes will remain largely the same. In addition to the logo, the packaging of many products will change significantly. The company is increasingly switching from plastic to more environmentally friendly cardboard cans.
