Pure lecithin from sunflower seeds
Sunflower lecithin contains the natural
lecithin total complex (a mixture of different phospholipids)
from sunflower seeds in the highest possible concentration.
Phospholipids play a key role in nature. They are
the connecting element between water and oil and have
structural as well as numerous functional properties.
Phospholipids are, among other things, components of cell membranes and play
a central role in overall metabolism.
Natural source of important substances such as choline or phosphatidylserine
The phospholipids contained in sunflower lecithin are an
excellent natural source of choline (from
phosphatidylcholine) and phosphorus.
Choline contributes, for example, to normal homocysteine and
fat metabolism and to the maintenance of normal liver function.
The phosphorus, essential for all biological organisms, is involved, among other things,
in energy metabolism as well as in the maintenance of
bones and teeth and contributes to the normal function of the
cell membrane.
The pleasant taste makes sunflower lecithin a
versatile addition and enhancement to the daily diet. From a nutritional perspective,
a moderate daily intake of 10–15 grams for adults (approx. 2–3
teaspoons) is highly recommended.

High-quality formulations from the Netherlands
The products of podo medi are largely influenced by the naturopathic experience of its co-founder Wolfgang P. Schallmey. However, he has been retired since 2020, which is why the brand "Woscha" is becoming "natura felix". The tried-and-tested formulations will largely remain unchanged. What is changing significantly, besides the logo, is the packaging of many products. Thus there is an increasing switch from plastic to more environmentally friendly cardboard containers.
