Reishi and Shiitake for challenging times
Reishi is one of the best-known medicinal mushrooms and has been used in its
country of origin, China, for centuries. There, it is known as
‘Ling Zhi’, which roughly translates as ‘mushroom of eternal life’.
Reishi is particularly recommended during challenging phases and
turbulent times for both body and mind. The Reishi mushroom is also
popular as part of a harmonious bedtime routine. In addition to the Reishi mushroom, this product contains the Shiitake mushroom.
This is similar to Reishi in its uses and is therefore the
perfect combination. Both mushrooms are present as a highly concentrated
extract. This ensures that the valuable polysaccharides are particularly
abundant.

This mushroom blend contains three different types of mushroom, which
complement each other in their properties and have been valued in
traditional Chinese and Japanese herbal medicine for thousands of years.
Red Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) contains many different
active ingredients, such as vitamins, minerals and amino acids in their
natural composition, whilst the concentration
of bioactive polysaccharides is particularly high.
The shiitake mushroom is derived from a highly concentrated extract containing
at least 10% polysaccharides. The maitake (Grifola
frondosa), also known as the ‘clapper mushroom’, which is considered a
popular edible mushroom in Japan, is also known for its high content of
polysaccharides.

Ingredients

Recommended intake
1 Vcaps® 1–2 times daily, with a meal.
