Lacticol, a lactic acid fermented product
Lacticol is a lactic acid-fermented juice made from white cabbage (Brassica oleracea L.) and beetroot (Beta vulgaris L. var. rapa), to which three probiotic bacterial strains are added.
During the fermentation process, the lactic acid bacteria convert plant sugars into lactic acid, which offers a number of benefits:
- An improved nutritional profile, as the lactobacilli can promote the synthesis of B vitamins and improve the bioavailability of certain minerals.
- Thanks to the acids and enzymes produced during the fermentation process, Lacticol can help with severe indigestion.
- Its probiotic and postbiotic effects help to improve the integrity and functionality of the gut and to promote the growth of the gut microbiota, which leads to a strengthening of the immune system.

Ingredients
Fermented cabbage juice*, fermented beetroot juice*, acidity regulator: lactic acid, salt, milk cultures (Lactobacillus casei, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus acidophilus –in an amount of 2.5 ×10⁹ CFU each).
